www.malibusun.com is created to only accept orders placed via the website.

Prices Our prices set out on the website include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Paying for your order - RBSWorldPay For your security, all your transactions with www.malibusun.com are processed by the RBSWorldPay payment system. We do not have access to any of your card details and this cannot be accessed by any other 3rd party. For more details about RBSWorldPay, please visit www.worldpay.co.uk. We operate best practice with our customer transactions and hence only apply for payment for the products you have ordered.

Consumer Rights As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order before we have dispatched your ordered goods , or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received  or to return products, please notify info@malibusun.com, and clearly indicate the name on the order and the order ID. Please return the goods in original unopened condition and packaging and we will refund your payment via WorldPay after they are received.

Delivery We will endeavour to ship from stock within 1 working day of your order. If something is not in stock, we will advise as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is a further delay we will notify you and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you. Delivery charges depend on the delivery address and number of products and is clearly indicated when you process through checkout.
